2017 Toledo Heart Ball
The Heart Ball is one of the premiere American Heart Association/American Stroke Association fundraising events both locally and across the nation. The 2017 Toledo Heart Ball will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017, 6 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Levis Commons, featuring prominent members of the health, philanthropic and local business communities.
The annual event will shine the spotlight on the mission of building healthier lives, free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke, and support ongoing health research and education in communities across the nation. Last year, the Heart Ball campaign raised more than $73 million nationwide, including funding critical research and prevention programs right here in the Toledo community.
This year, we celebrate the 20th year of the distinguished Toledo Heart Ball, proudly presented by ProMedica. The milestone event will be chaired by James F. Bingle MD, FACC; Daniel Cassavar, MD, MBA, FACC, and Gregory Kasper, MD, FACS. This special evening will bring community and philanthropic leaders together for an opportunity to raise critical funds to support research and education in the ongoing effort to help fight the nation’s number one and number five leading causes of death, heart disease and stroke. Our 2017 event focus will be CPR, featuring local professionals demonstrating the lifesaving technique.
Heart Ball guests will enjoy an engaging evening of entertainment, featuring both a live and silent auction with many unique items, and a heart healthy dinner. Please join us for a memorable evening and a lifesaving mission.
